Robin arrived unexpectedly early so we named her after the "early bird".
She is a fancy filly eligible for double registry, with a wonderfully friendly personality. We are so pleased to have an N/N filly out of Haz Ben Queen and expect Robin to follow in her mother's footsteps by becoming a top notch producer.

Blondie arrived as unexpectedly late (the recip mare carried 350 days!!), as her sister did early. But we are certainly happy to have another filly and another double registry candidate at that! We are off to a good start for 2007.

Pixie arrived early and unexpectedly. She is a nice filly with a future in the show ring and then will make a wonderful broodmare. Can't wait to see this one grow up and shed that fuzzy hair!

Smarty is a very massive, bulky, muscled colt. He was so "meaty" when he was born, that he looked like he was three weeks old when he first stood up...and he is Star's first baby!! His name reflects his personality....he is a real "smarty pants". He wants to be right in the middle of whatever we are doing and he is more "help" with the project than anyone could possibly need! What a friendly/people
colt this one is.

Wrangler was a late arrival, but he was well worth the wait. He is a flashy colt with a beautiful head and neck and a very nicely balanced body. This one could easily be a stallion prospect after a career in the show ring.

FBN At Lasta Red Lad
"Lad"
March 23, 2006
AQHA/ABRA Red Dun Colt
HYPP: N/H
Sire: At Long Last (AQHA World Champion)
Dam: ML Lassies Red Lady (AQHA)
Photos at 30 days
Photos below taken at 17 months
Lad is shaping up to be a real show and stallion prospect. He has a very refined look...note the BEAUTIFUL head and doe-like eye...but he is also carries his fair share of muscle. He is a long-legged colt that is going to do nothing but get better as he matures. His color and double registration status make him an excellent breeding prospect; he is out of our best producing QH mare. She really packs the "stuff" on her foals (please view her on our broodmares page and click on "view previous foals"). Aside from his conformation, Lad is about as gentle, LOVING, and good-minded as they come. As soon as he sees a person, he if right over in their pocket looking for some love and attention. Now that is the kind of mind you want on your stud colt! This colt deserves a second look.

APHA Bay Breeding Stock Filly
Sire: The Finest Mocha (AQHA)
Dam: Just A Touch More (APHA)
The Finest Mocha is the first stallion Fly By Night Ranch has ever used
without seeing the stallion in the flesh. This turned out to be a good
decision! Mimi is the best foal "Skeeter" has ever produced! This filly has a
beautiful neck, a pretty little head, and without a doubt the BEST hocks we have
seen on a newborn. WOW, the only improvement we could ask for on this filly
would be a white spot somewhere, but alas, none are to be found. She looks just
like her daddy...his beautiful dark bay coloring. Take this filly to the APHA
World Show and win it in the breeding stock mares class. Then add her to your
broodmare band....she has a HUGE future ahead of her.
We are out of room!!.... Priced to sell at $1000
